Mariam Coffee opened its first café in Istanbul in 2020 with a clear principle: a great cup of coffee is more than a drink — it is an ode to the 'Blend of Cultures.' Mariam symbolizes authenticity and diversity, inviting you to savor a cup filled not just with flavor but with the essence of shared experiences.
Today Mariam reaches seven countries — Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Libya, the United Kingdom, and the United States — with a vision for 16 countries and counting. Beans are sourced from Colombia and India, roasted in our own factory in Türkiye, and shipped to every café in the network.

Sourcing
Direct relationships with smallholder farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Yemen. We pay above market, every season.
Roasting
Twice-weekly small-batch roasts. Beans never sit. What reaches your cup is days off the drum, not months.
Hospitality
Trained baristas. Hand-built drinks. The kind of café where the bar staff knows your usual by the second visit.
